Here’s what this template would look like in a second brain software:



You should never wake up saying,

“I’ve nothing I want to do today.”

Ever.

Drifting through life. Letting TikTok be your main source of attention, pleasure, and purpose. Suffering unnecessarily, while deep down you know you could be doing more.

This template will change that for certain.

Why do I say, “for certain?”

Because it has changed my entire outlook on life over the last 10 months.


I finished my final college semester a month early. Every project, essay, weekly assignment. Done.

I’ve lifted weights twice per week, every week, for the last 10 months. I gained 4kg of muscle in the first 5 weeks. Everyone swears by consistency with training, and yeah no wonder. It fucking works.

I got two stripes on my jiu-jitsu blue belt a year earlier than I’d hoped. And I’m still shit at it.

Add in a relationship, the lads, a 12,000 word group thesis, and working 30 hours per work at my job during this time.

All this in 10 months. Just by creating 5 domains for my life, using this template.

You can your live life however you want to live it, as long as you have an evolving system in place.

Most people have broken systems for organizing their life, their time, their goals. All because they lack the right mental framework.

In this template you'll discover:
