Currently reading the Existentialism book mentioned in example 2. I would highly recommend it. It’s a collect of short essays, pretty much. Easy enough to read in chunks, there’s also a lot of connections to be made between Existentialism and Integral theory (which would be my second recommendation!)
Your take on using AI as an assistance and a partner is practical and refreshing. I love how u focus on THINKING, refining and the importance of having your own voice.
However we also need to address the environmental toll, our beloved AI assistance demands. I am sure you must be aware of the fresh water, AI data centres consume. UN has already announced a global water bankruptcy. It is important to acknowledge the privilege that we have, to use this tool without facing direct ecological and social consequences. Many local communities have to fight with these data centres to access fresh water in their daily life.
Hence,we must limit the usage as much as we can and not support the AI slop that trends in the name of Art and entertainment on social media platforms.
Thank you so much, Craig. I found you through Dan Koe. Your articles and videos are great. The prompt links aren’t opening; I think it’s because of the changes in Eden. I’d like to use the prompts, so I hope you’ll have a chance to update them.
Not really. It depends on context. If I am reading build knowledge and think, not a chance. If I am looking for broad principles to inform my writing, yes.
Thanks Craig! In my case I’m studying farming and some chapters I have read fully and thought through and connected ideas before summarising with AI to get the key practical points, one of the chapters were mostly studies and breakdowns of them eg pottengers cats etc. What do you think please?
Hey man
Thanks a lot for this.
Quick question, can you recommend books in philosophy and whatever thing you're into etc?

Would you ever use ai to summarise pages of a chapter in a book?

This is useful, of course 👌
