people don’t understand that the world has became lazy and we always take the easiest way out without realizing the consequences or effect it leaves on us.

The best example is Ai at first it was something so new and amazing now it’s being used for all the wrong things we use it to do simple assignments because why would we waste time to learn when we can get the answer in a second.

I’ve been messing around with a “thinking-first” philosophy. If it’s not helping me think more inside my own brain, like a phone or a book or a studying technique, I stop doing what I’m doing and I go for a walk while thinking. I’ve been putting this idea at the top of all my AI prompts to make sure I’m always being questioned during my writing process.

Great Article. I see this sentiment going around alot. I have tried to implement it into my life as much as possible and it has been hard, with many periods of falling back into old habits. It is worth it, though. I enjoy the peace of mind that comes with having great focus.

Great focus is also a thing that you must train. Also if you don't use it, you lose it. Sometimes I find myself slipping into bad habits and I take a while to get back out of them.

I hope many more people in society can find this great state of consciousness that comes with great focus and they can stay in it for a long time.

I’ve been trying very hard the last few days to “practise what I preach,” so to speak. For the first time in my life, I actually feel pain when listening to music or podcasts. My head would rather have the silence and my mind has been so much better. I really hope this newsletter helps as many people out as possible.
